Rosati’s research focuses principally on issues in metaethics, ethics, and the philosophy of law. She has written on a range of topics in these areas, including informed-desire theories of well-being, the nature of normativity, moral motivation, the role of narrative in a person’s good, the desirability of immortality, the possibility of self-promises, the objectivity of law, constitutional originalism, and the nature of constitutional facts and judgments.
