I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Information, The University of Texas at Austin under the mentorship of Eric T. Meyer. My postdoctoral fellowship is funded by the Bullard (2019-2021) and Boyvey (2021-2023) fellowships. I also serve as an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Medical Informatics.

In general, I conduct socio-technical research that examines the role and impact of technologies (smartphones, social media, blockchain, and artificial intelligence) in the healthcare context. I approach this topic by applying and testing communication, information, psychological, and organizational theories based on qualitative and quantitative data.
