Ruben Rathnasingham has more than 15 years of biomedical leadership experience in several companies founded on technologies invented and developed in academic institutions. At Dell Medical School, he is responsible for creating and growing initiatives to support health-related translational research at The University of Texas at Austin.

Most recently, he was associate director of early translational research at the University of California, San Francisco, where he helped develop and led the UCSF Catalyst Program that successfully leveraged industry partners to help identify, support and translate technologies through and out of the university.
