Computational Modeling of Learning and Decision-Making in PTSD (COMP)

This project closes on July 1, 2024.

The purpose of the study is to 1) define the computational mechanisms that explain biases in approach-avoidance decision making in PTSD, differentiating these mechanistic differences from trauma exposure per se or anxious psychopathology per se, and 2) to use a novel task to probe biases in latent state inferences for fear-related memories in PTSD.
