Data-driven analysis of the Impact of COVID19 in Austin

For this project, we're looking for some Python/scikit-learn experts to analyze the data (and perhaps pull in some more) using unsupervised methods (clustering, matrix profile) to determine stages in the pandemic using a data-driven approach. In addition, duties include adding new data to web dashboard.

This could be filled by up to 2 students.
