Evaluation of tissue salvage in ischemic stroke based on treatment type

This project is closed. No applications are allowed.

The overall goal of this study is to evaluate the relationship of pretreatment perfusion mismatch volumes to outcomes in patients receiving alteplase (ALT) to those patients receiving tenecteplase (TNK).

Ischemic stroke lesion volumes will be assessed at baseline and after treatment to calculate lesion growth trajectories and the volume of tissue salvaged due to reperfusion.
