HABS-HD ASL Processing Pipeline: Neurovascular Underpinnings of ADRD

The Mechanisms Underlying Neurocognitive Aging Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin is looking for a neuroimaging analyst interested in racial disparities in cognitive and brain aging. The is a PAID position and the candidate will coordinate the processing and analysis of structural (T1, DTI) and functional (ASL) neuroimaging data under the supervision of Dr. Clark. 

Dr. Alexandra Clark. This will include receiving and tracking neuroimaging data files, performing quality control procedures, running images through a variety of automated pipelines and custom pipelines, and performing statistical analyses. Coding skills and ability to work with FSL, Freesurfer, AFNI, and/or ASL Prep are required. 

 

Qualifications

ability to code, write and/or adapt scripts, and interest/experience in neuroimaging processing 

Project Timeline

Start ASAP in Summer 2023 and can continue through Spring 2023 if desired

Duties

Coordinate the processing and analysis of ASL data
