Paleoclimate changes in the Colorado Rockies

This project is ongoing.

This project will be using geochemical signatures in lake sediments from the Colorado Rockies to reconstruct past changes in climate and the environment.

Qualifications

No experience needed but basic chemistry knowledge is a plus.
Need to be interested in climate!

Summer 2021 and/or academic year 2021-22

Duties

Laboratory analysis - basic geochemistry + learning how to analyze and process samples on HPLC-MS and stable isotope GC-IRMS
