Participant onboarding and support for research on smartphone use

We are looking for two advanced undergraduate students to become a part of our team and help with the onboarding and support of participants. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your communication and problem-solving abilities while actively contributing to a vibrant and collaborative team working on the intersection of smartphone use and social justice. The position entails a commitment of 10 hours per week, and we offer flexible work hours to accommodate your class schedule.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Students from any major are welcome to apply.
  • Prior customer service, support, or onboarding experience is a plus.
  • Should not currently hold another full-time (20 hours/week or more) on-campus position.
Project Timeline
  • The project aims to start as soon as possible. The timeline and time commitment can be discussed with interested candidates, depending on the duration of tasks.
Duties
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling participant orientations and training sessions via Zoom.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to participant inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth experience for participants.
