We are conducting a research project to better understand how hospitalized children who screen positive for social determinants of health can be connected to community resources and whether receipt of community aid leads to improved health outcomes. We are specifically looking for research assistants who are fluent in Spanish to conduct interviews with families about their experiences from screening to referral for social determinants of health.
