Territorial Delegates in the US Congress

Paper--possibly future article--examines the effectiveness of the US delegates from the current US territories (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Am Samoa, Northern Mariana Isl) and former territories (i.e., Hawaii, Alaska, NM, Arizona, Oklahoma, and 31 of the 50 states) and how their effectiveness compares to House Representatives from the states.  Working with Asst Prof. Max Goplerud.

One component of the project is comparing US represention of the territories to other countries with territories, such as France, the UK, Denmark, Netherlands, etc.
