Research Advisor: Dr. Maura Borrego
Description: You will work as a student researcher in the Engineering Education space. You will begin by participating in an ongoing project, for example by piloting a new interview protocol; writing  the  literature  review section  of  a  paper; authoring a blog post about queering engineering through resistance/social justice; or a peer  debriefer/second  coder  on  a  qualitative  study.  You will be mentored by a graduate student researcher. You will be expected to attend a 1 hour weekly research group meeting.  

Qualifications

Qualifications: Desire to advocate for LGBTQIA+ engineers, engineering major. No experience required. First Year/Second Year Undergraduates Strongly Recommended to Apply
