About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated undergraduate research students to join our team. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Dr. Romero on a small-group social-emotional learning and an early literacy project that supports K-3 children. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with data collection.
Responsibilities:
- Implement small-group social-emotional and/or literacy interventions to K-3 students at a school campus in Hutto, TX.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading and writing in both Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information in both languages.
- Prior experience working with school-age children.
- Reliable transportation or willing to carpool for data collection.
- Have availability to work 2–6 hours a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.
