About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated undergraduate research students to join our team. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Dr. Romero on a small-group social-emotional learning and an early literacy project that supports elementary children. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with data collection.
Responsibilities:
- Implement social-emotional and/or literacy interventions to elementary students at a school campus in Austin or Hutto, TX.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information in both languages.
- Prior experience working with school-age children.
- Reliable transportation or willing to carpool for data collection.
- Have availability to work 2–6 hours a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Bilingual language skills highly preferred.
