Beth Bukoski
Research Interests

Dr. Bukoski's research focuses explicitly on issues of social justice, equity, and diversity in higher education. In particular, it centers on the experiences of underrepresented students, faculty, and staff in higher education contexts with a focus on gender, sexuality, race, and other identity markers. She employs qualitative methods such as narrative and discourse analysis, phenomenology, and case study, and she utilizes critical and postmodern epistemologies and theories.
