Dr. Zhou's research interests focus on design and synthesis of new electronic materials including superconductors, spintronic/orbitronic materials, thermoelectric materials, multiferroic materials and magnetoresistive materials. He has emphasized the relationship between crystal structure and physical properties of transition-metal oxides.
