We are engaged in materials science and thermal engineering research to control the transport, conversion, and storage of heat, electricity, light, and magnetization in information, energy, and manufacturing technologies, including (i) Heterogeneous Integration of Emerging Electronic and Thermal Management Materials, (ii) Thermal Science and Engineering of Quantum Hardware, and (iii) Thermal Materials for Decarbonization of Heat and Fuel.
