Abdominal Organ Segmentation Using MRI and Machine Learning

This project is ongoing.

We are interested in analyzing abdominal organs from magnetic resonance images (MRI) using  mage processing tools and/or machine learning. In particular, we are interested in how the size and shape of the pancreas is altered in individuals with diabetes. 

Qualifications

Programming skills preferred (Matlab or Python)

Interest in image processing
