Collect Data for UT Austin Study in Midland, TX

We are looking for research assistants who can assist with data collection. If you are interested in learning more about how to administer education assessments with adolescents, traveling to locations in TX to collect data, and how to effectively and efficiently enter data into complex databases, please contact us.

Data collection takes place in Midland, TX. Applicants must be available to travel to Midland, TX (expenses paid) and stay there for a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

Ability to follow instructions to administer assessments to students that results in valid, usable data.

Professional demeanor when working with students and professionals in public schools.

We are looking for data collectors who can spend 2-5 consecutive days in Midland, TX.

Duties

Receive training in how to administer assessments.

Retrieve testing materials from UT Campus.

Travel to middle schools in Midland, TX. Travel expenses are covered by the project.

Administer assessments to middle school students.

Organize and return assessments to the UT Campus.
