Comments about previous experiences working with students

I have worked with students in an extraordinary number of ways: on independent studies, as research assistants (on a book on the architect John S. Chase's own house, on the design of a release pen for Atwater's Prairie Chickens), as teaching assistants, as employees in my architecture office, as teaching colleagues, and so on. I've found such collaborations to be profoundly productive. I think each generation brings its vital own concerns to the table.
