The Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (CCBB) provides research support and opportunities for students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty interested in the use of computational approaches in solving biological problems.  Some of the research areas include nucleic acid structure and function, molecular evolution, computational phylogenetics, proteomics, drug design, and regulatory and developmental pathway inference.
